To mark five years of Concept and unveil La Cavalerie’s new olive oil harvest, we gathered our community for an intimate celebration in the heart of Paris, conceived as a sensory narrative rather than a party. At 19 Saint Roch, olive oil became a ritual. Guests experienced a bespoke olive oil martini ceremony alongside a curated menu, signature cocktails, live music, floral compositions, and a refined art de la table, immersing sixty guests in a singular hospitality moment. The evening translated the spirit of La Cavalerie through the multicultural lens of Concept’s American and Italian heritage, expressing hospitality rooted in terroir, craftsmanship, and storytelling.
